Abstract

|
For the calorimetric determination of Sulfa-drugs by means of solvent extraction, the sample solutions were added into dimethylglyoxime- FE(II) complex solution, and extracted with pyridine-chloroform mixture (1 : 50) in a range of pH 7.5-8.5. The extracted solution shows stability and maximum absorption at 402mmc.
